Another prisoner executed in Kermanshah

On Saturday May 7, another prisoner was executed in Kermanshah Central Prison for murder. He was identified as Nourollah Zanganeh Vandi, 38, son of Beg Mirza.

The prisoner is said to have been arrested in Kermanshah on 2012 with the charge of killing his uncle's son with firearms and sentenced to death.

The execution of this imprisoner has taken place along with another prisoner, Shayan Ibrahimi. The execution of these two detainees has not been announced by the official media until the moment. (Human Rights Activists in Iran – May. 07, 2019)

Iran secretly hanged four prisoners in Central Prison of Arak.

Four prisoners convicted of drug-related charges were executed in Arak Central Prison.The four prisoners executed on April 29 are identified as Seyed Hamidreza Hosseinkhani, 37, Majid Kazemi, 42, Mohammad Hemmati, 26, and Mohammad Davoudabadi, 26. (Iran Human Rights, Iran HRM – May. 08, 2019)

State-run media reported the execution of two young people in Shiraz

Rokna state-run news webstie reported the execution of two young men in Shiraz. According to Rokna, “Two men, identified as M.S and AS executed at the Central Prison of Shiraz (Adelabad). The verdict was issued on the 25th of April this year. The two, who are cousins, arrested in June of 2017 for robbery and rape. The verdict approved for the second time by the Supreme Court.
