A man, identified as Shahab was hanged in Tehran on charges of murder.
According to a report and completing the investigation, Shahab was sentenced to retaliation as the first defendant and was hanged in prison after the verdict was verified in the Supreme Court. (Khabar Online state-run Website, Fararu state-run Website May 28, 2018)

Arbitrary killing
Two kolbars (border porters) were shot by officers
On Tuesday morning, May 29, 2018, the Iranian armed forces shot and fired to a group of kolbars (border porters) along the Sheno and Sidakan boundaries. The shooting resulted to the death of one kolbar and a severe injury to another. The deceased kolbar was identified as Ribar Moradi, a 28 years old who was married and had a child. Eleven kolbars (border porters) were killed in the past 10 days On Thursday morning, May 31, 2018, a kolbar from Baneh, identified as Kamal Mohammadi lost his life by direct shooting of the armed forces at the Baneh border. Kamal passed away before being transferred to health centers in Sulaimaniyah province. (Hengaw- May 31, 2018)
